HD CNC PLASMA CUTTING
Our HD CNC Plasma Machine has the ability to cut up to 2" thick mild steel and stainless steel. We use XPR True Hole Technology that enables us to cut precise holes, slots and other features that are very comparable to a laser cut – even on the thickest material. We also can hold tolerances of .030" on most features.
The articulated head can bevel up to 45 degrees, and can etch features, including sub-component locations, part numbers or bend lines. We have a large 20’ x 10’ bed, capable of cutting over-sized sheets of steel.

HD CNC PIPE PLASMA CUTTING
With the integrated rotator on our CNC Plasma Machine, we have the ability to cut pipe from 2"- 24" in diameter, and up to 21' long.
We can accurately cut holes, slots or any design to accommodate your needs. We also have the ability to etch, bevel and miter pipe, for ease of welding.
